The same man came to my house before going up to Mazinka's, and after June's, I assume - and it sounds like the same person from the post of Feb. 3 - "Creepy guy alert" - fair skinned, round flat face, heavy build - he had a similar story, and a sort of belligerant attitude. It might be a good plan to keep a camera handy, and discretely take a picture of him, and email it to anyone who asks...so he could be reported, or at least, other people would shun him when they see him coming.
