Why can't we confine our remarks on a serious matter such as this to providing helpful information and useful comments. Glib comments and silly attempts at humour are not helpful.

This guy should be considered dangerous. He is not a local and should be run out of town. If the police can't/won't do it, then maybe some local guys will.
