For those of you without the time or energy required to make some of the wonderful moles used in Mexico, I thought I would share with you the fact that a family is selling their moles just inside the doors of Sorianas!(spelling?) We bought a sample of each of the moles and have tried 2 of them )and they were fantastic) and thought "I can't keep this secret!" We bought adobo, pipian, poblano, mole con cameron, almendrado and oaxaqueno - and they will freeze up to a year. This family is in Manzanillo twice a year to sell their moles - March/April and October/November. Hope you get a chance to try them!
