Hi Everyone, I am looking forward to the Summer of Fun at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center, 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's. Please join me for classes starting Monday, April 30! YogaPilates: Mon-Wed 9:30-10:30 a.m. Expand your horizons and tune into your body, heart and mind in this hour of power. Awaken your core, live to your highest potential and just get strong from the inside out. YogaFun: Tues-Thurs 9:30 -10:30 a.m. Experience a unique mix of power, flow, deep stretching and meditation. It's an ideal combination of opening your heart, digging deep, releasing your fears and finding your power. All classes are donation only and mats are available. And remember, for those who are not in La Manzanilla, Skype sessions are available all summer long! You can join in on a regular class or schedule a time that works for you!
