Air Canada just called telling us that our dog has to go in the hold. Air Canada does not fly directly to PV until Nov 3rd. The hold is not heated so this is not an option. Just wondering what American Airlines have heated holds. Does anyone know if Continental Air which I think is now United takes dogs?
