Invest 95 is now down to 20% chance of developement. Looks like it will drift north into unfavorable conditions, and probably disappear. However, it's channeling lots of Pacific moisture our way so the chance of rains is still high. Excerpt from NHC Tropical Wether Discussion: "DEEP TROPICAL MOISTURE MOSTLY ASSOCIATED WITH THE MONSOON TROUGH TO THE SE OF THE LOW (Invest 95) IS BEING ADVECTED ENE TOWARDS SRN MEXICO. THIS MOSITURE WILL CONTINUE TO BRING LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL PRIMARILY ALONG THE SOUTHERN COAST OF MEXICO DURING THE NEXT 48 HRS."

No mention about what was causing the strong gusty breezes yesterday. Definitely not Invest 95: way too far away and weak.
