Good morning all!!! Missing you and looking forward to getting back home.
To shed the little light I have on the subject. Before I left, while out in the water, I met a very nice couple. We chatted and they told me that they had planned to retire and go home to Guad, they were living in US.
During our conversation they told me that his boss wanted him to come to LM and manage the "development" the boss was building. I questioned him on this and he told me that it would be on the beach, condo's. That they would be for family use as well as used as rentals and for sale. When I started to ask more questions he no longer answered my questions.
The gentleman and his wife are originally from Mexico and his employer felt he would have a better time with getting the development through with him running it. After it is done he will retire to Guad but will live in LM while it is being done.
