Fun menu this week....
Baked Stuffed Potato Skins - bacon, green onions, sharp cheddar, sour cream
Spinach Salad - warm dijon dressing, bacon, pecans, hard boiled eggs, sweet onion, cherry tomatoes, your choice gorgonzola or goat cheese
Shepherd's Pie -tender filet tips in rich mushroom sauce, corn, creamy mashed potatoes
Shrimp Picatta - large shrimp in a white wine, caper, lemon butter sauce
Chicken Pepperoni Parmesan - crispy chicken breast baked with pepperoni, italian cheese and marinara
