| I thought this was fascinating, too, and can't understand why you would think it is a neo-conservative post. It certainly was more informative than most of the media stuff that focuses on drug violence as the sine quo non of reality in Mexico, not to mention, moving on from the State Department and UN's view of Mexico as a failed state. |
