I love chatting all aspects of real estate, but if you'll humor me a little with a discussion of price and motivation:


I'm not seeing any movement in the market. (Assumption 1)

I attribute that to seller-motivation, or lack thereof. LM sellers seem to not need, or want, to lower their price to a level that induces a sale. (Assumption 2)

How many real estate tranactions might occur in a "regular" year? How many occurred lasr year? Or the year before? For what can we blame the lack of sales? Definitely fewer buyers (duh), but in many places the market finds its equilibrium by adjusting price.

How come the supply and demand are not balancing? Or are they?
