From my research you are "straight"(i.e good synopis). except, 50 km from ocean -- 100 km from international border.

But, let me add an aside -- Mexioc has an additional category of "Indigenous" land grants in existence. The town of Yelapa -- just south of PV is an example.

This land grouping (sorry I forget the name) is communally owned (similar to an Ejido) but, it is nondivisible (in perpetuity).
