Hi Darlene,

When a property is sold I remove the list price, not sure why I do that
and see the other list leaves the list price. I could see occasions
where the final selling price may not want to be shared by seller or buyer.
I don't know the policy of other Realtor's in Mexico, unlike north of the
border it is not regulated. I am fairly certain that the final selling
price is known to the people of La Manzanilla, hard to keep secrets here.
Each seller / buyer could be questioned as to weather they want the final
price shared or not.
