Absolutely, Jane! And well-put, also.

For me, in my situation, I think Jim, et al, are tipping the scales toward "long term rental" over "purchase."

In such a paradigm, I can keep my $300,000 (if I had $300,000) up here, working, to facilitate my lifestyle down there, living in the moment.
