Plant Fruit and Nut Trees by the Roadside

I have recently launched a petition with Avaaz .org to draw attention to the fact that individuals and families go hungry and should benefit from fruit and nut and medicine tree plantings by the side of roads.

If you agree, please sign the petition, getting 100 signatures will get the proposal on their front page, (I think), and propel the petition forward at lightning speed. With trillions of signatures our local municipality, at least should take notice and provide saplings for the green thumbs amongst us.
The Avaaz folks are super, Maedb introduced me to them.
