Tia Yes, My impression is used vehicles in PV (Especially Trucks go for a premium price, I believe Guad. would have lots more options. To Purchase a Mexican Vehicle you should have your proof of domicile (Which normally a “Recent” Electric bill from your residence would suffice.) If you buy in a city like PV and you live in La Manz, you most likely will have to go to La Huerta to register / plate the vehicle (cost about 500 pesos and an additional 300 pesos a year to renew your license plate sticker. ) It used to cost $500 US to nationalize a vehicle from North of the Border. I had an agency name and will look and post if I can find it. I knew a guy that did this and drove through same day but I thought the stipulation was that the foreign vehicle had to be Exactly 10 years old in order to be brought into Mexico to be nationalized. |
