Dave- Thank you. Yes, I do know some about importation of a vehicle. And YES, it does have to be exactly 10 years old.

I have done the FM3 thing and am no longer interested in that option.

Finding a broker in Nogales and actually getting a REAL cost on the ENTIRE importation including broker's commission seems to be the most difficult now. Especially getting someone to contact me back.

I have NO INTEREST in driving from Seattle to Nogales and just 'looking around' for a Broker to find out that I can not afford to import the vehicle.

I realize it is different for everyone. Just really desperate for some names/numbers.
