There hasn't been a lot of info in the paper lately. I know they are running in a "mixed mode" operation, part gas and part oil. There was a threat the Spanish company providing the LNG was going to break their contract, but that seems to have passed.

No change in air quality yet and I would expect the last oil units to be taken off line very soon.
