Elke G: Does CFE really have the meters that will go backwards, It's great in theory but who is going to maintainence the panels? They have to be well cleaned every 6 months for maximum efficacy. I like that you projected the ROI, and would love to see the calcualtion. What are you using as your current cost per KWH in Mexico? Are you currently rated above or below $2.5 pesos per KWH?
