Bring down a case or two of red wine from your favorite place. Go to Trader Joes, buy 12-24 bottles of Charles Shaw aka 2 buck chuck. Give them away to anyone. Give the receipt for the 2 buck chuck to customs in Manzanaillo and pay $4 in taxes and you will be set.
