Don, you might look into this: I think you have to mail it from the country you're voting in. A few elections ago we sent our ballots up and now I forget exactly where, but I saw that you couldn't mail them from the U.S. It's a real catch-22, since there isn't enough time between when you get the ballot and election day for it to get there from here. I am hopefully voting via internet and faxing. Wish me luck! And good luck to you!
