Just got off line with my favorite company to speak with down here, TELMEX. They told me my new report number 8206935 and said the old one was closed. I advised her no one called or came to my residence and she said they do check from the office and if ok do not come out. IT IS NOT OK. She said it should be fixed by Tuesday. I explained others in the village are having problems and we are preparing a petition to present to TELMEX. She said she would note that and it would be repaired and be acceptable. My speed test still are very low and the wifi box is not strong enough to send a strong signal into the next room.
