There was a recent, violent random, stabbing/murder of a woman a couple of blocks from my home in Toronto. I admit I am anxious going out on rainy evenings - walk with more awareness and a personal alarm. So I have anxiety at home but also about the tranquil village I love in Mexico, between phone threats (at least I don't have a phone), murders, rape and flat face. The TV coverage of Ron's murder has been factual and tactful here. The other part of me is looking forward to La Manz. We do need to be aware and mindful.
