We just did it, in fact we were the first. The changes started today. It was all the usual except for a few things, we brought copies of everything and they wanted them, the cost for a normal FM3 and an FM3 with lucrativas attched are the same price, $2345p/year. you can buy up to 4 years at a time. We did it for 2 years and won't have to go back next year!!! We'll have to go back to pick it up in a couple weeks. We had to get ATM cash to pay for it all. Banjercito would take cash only. Get there early, it's pretty slow right now.
