This is the last week of Iyengar Yoga classes at the present location: Casa Luz (Boca del Rio 75).
Please join us for this stimulating approach to the ancient art and science of yoga. Mr. Iyengar's innovative use of props means that almost all of us, regardless of body type or current limitation, can practice and enjoy these poses with integrity and grace.
Classes 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays
