On behalf of Roberto and Ibett Contreras and Chef Greg Couilliard, we would like to thank our new friends and clients for their help and support. Chantli Mare hotel and Al Fresco restaurant is pleased to be featuring another week of breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner menus featuring our chefs global fusion cuisine. This week we will be offering lamb and sushi grade tuna as well as lobster and daily catches from our local seafood purveyors. Reservations are recommended for our popular brunch and dinner. As we are located on the gorgeous shores of boca de iguanas, may we suggest a taxi for our dinners and we will make sure to shuttle you back safely to la manzanilla or melaque for a nominal fee to cover gas expenses. Or come visit us after a stroll on the beach for poolside breakfast or lunch by the sea. Our revised hours are as follows: Breakfast 8:00 am - 11:00 am Lunch 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm Dinner 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm Sunday brunch 11:00 am - 2:30 pm Open tuesday through sunday.... Monday closed.
