Yoga classes with Brenda Dempsey

Hi folks
Rieko just arrived in La Manz today and I am arriving December 10th. Rieko will begin our yoga/ Qi Kung energy classes this coming Tuesday December 4th and Thursday the 6th. Time from 9 to 10:30Am both days and cost 100 pesos. You can find us at Casa Luz. I will start teaching the following Tuesday.
I am so looking forward to being back and enjoying our La Manzanilla community. We will of course be available for acupressure massage, craniosacral therapy, medical Qi Kung and shiatsu very soon. You can find us beside Fiesta Mexicana restaurant on the beach.
