| D...I agree with Jesse. May I tell you my two cents as to why the horse is dead? Because no amount of ideas here on the board, as stated by those who come for a few days or weeks, will work. The structure of the politics is so removed from what any of these folks are talking about, that it is simply too foreign a thought to implement without causing great angst and finacial problems to our hosts. Hello....we are guests here. Yes, you might be paying a very small taxation on house and land, and hopefully everyone is paying their paltry amount for their annual water usage, but to ask to increase these and make the locals a part of that increase is just rude.
