It doesn't seem to be the cable as it works for the computer to another TV - and when I go through the control panel, appearance and personalization, and try to attach to an external display it simply doesn't see the new monitor (i.e. the TV) so my suspicion still lays with the HDMI connection within the TV. If there is someone out there with more info than I (and that seems so much more likely than not) I'd really appreciate it! And yes, if there is a phone number for said Rodrigo it would be appreciated also! thanks everyone! Valerie |
