Carol Morningstar stopped me on the street yesterday and asked me to take a photo of the guy that people have been calling the Flat Faced Pervert. Apparently, he is going around begging with his wife and children. Carol says she has contacted the mayor, and he will be checking out the situation. I have never seen him, but I am posting the picture assuming this is the same individual. Apparently, he can become threatening and aggressive, so take care.  |
