I reported. She is not at the camera, maybe a partner was. I think they "work" in different towns and cities. They must be far by now. The police has the report, but they are very bad policemen and investigators. Sad but true. If it was a movie, at this time, there would be a description of the woman in all banks around the area, and local police looking for them outside banks, but no; they will continue doing this for a long time more. I reported anyways.
