Topes do the job... they slow down cars... However, they do not slow down the motorbikes because the drivers aim for the water channels in the middle of the street... Solution- reconfigure the water channels so they are no longer parallel with the street... the water would still flow and most importantly... ...the motor bikes would be forced to slow down just like all the other motor vehicles... |
