Yearning for some fun fitness with flare? Come join in a Nia class on the beach... and dance, kick, stretch and laugh with us!
We're in the shade of the palm trees at the south end of the beach during morning low tide at 9:30 am, Thursday March 7th and Saturday March 9th.
Great sound system featuring Latin and world fusion music. Bring a blanket for final stretch and relaxation. No shoes necessary.
Suggested donation 80 pesos.
