The problem is, Dongle (God, I wish people would own up to their real names), that, while the beaches in Mexico are for the people, like any where else, the roads to get to them may pass through private property. I have been out to El Tecuan and was allowed to pass when I politely asked permission to use a private road to go on the beach.
