Alejandra, or "Ali", has the little grocery store on the corner at the entrance to La Manzanilla, kitty corner from Pedro's Taco Truck. She and her husband Arturo live with their family in El Rebalsito at Tenacatita. She's always smiling, and doing a great job bringing in fresh produce and more varied items. She bought a pair of earrings at the La Catalina auction - made by one of the scholarship students. I got this photo just after she put them on...
