Well speaking as a neighbor and friend...Pedro is the best, and yes, the first "hood" mayor...or "across the river delegado". It is pure joy to work on him on all sorts of ventures as he is so "listo" for improvements and eager to work at solving problems for the community. We just went to Los Ingenious yesterday to check the schools there and found the elementary school, grades 1-4, had computers installed a few months ago, but had not been able to get a satelite connection. And he is on it. Yeah. Also, really appreciated your photos of the parade today...cute kids, eh?
