We toured through the house shown us by the Caretaker's sister at a time when it was listed for sale. For a time it was also rentable, but very expensive of course. What a view! The frigate birds actually circled below you and your commanding view of the beaches was for miles in either direction. Swimming pools, detached villas, a clay tennis court, the bedroom looking out on it all with expansive windows that opened wide for the February breezes made the property seem worthy of the asking price, and the name given it at the bottom of the access road, Valhalla.

I think it was built by the General, part of the El Tecaun properties that also comprised several small villas built on the hillside closer to Tecaun.
