Easter week at Chantli Mare

La Manzanilla rocks! The Tall Boys event was a blast and we look forward to hosting more events next season with return engagements from the Tall Boys and other hot acts.
Chantli Mare Hotel and Al Fresco Restaurant is a year round operation and will remain open with the same schedule.
For Easter and Pasqua we will be featuring Chef Couillards menus for breakfast and dinner, as well as Mexican dishes added to our lunch menu.
Tonight we are featuring Jimmy and Sandys smokehouse rib dinner at $150 pesos. Includes ribs, potatoe salad, coleslaw, pork and beans and home made dills.
Saturday March 30th romantic classical guitar stylings of John Ringstead.
Easter Sunday Brunch...In addition to our brunch menu we will be featuring French Canadian Ham and Eggs poached in Maple syrup.
Easter Dinner from 5:30 featuring Roast Leg of Lamb Dinner...French Onion Soup followed by carved Provencale Herbed Leg of Lamb with Scalloped Potatoes and Buttered organic green beans and tomatoes...Lemon and fruit trifle with coffee or tea for $300 pesos...Please reserve in advance.
