I know what you mean. I was managing with the Mexican cuisine, too, until I discovered I had problems with corn, as well. That pretty much does it for fast, economical cuisine. I know of others here who are both wheat and corn intolerant. That just leaves making it yourself if you want any kind of bread and importing it if you want any pasta. |
