Hola Rick, June, Lyle and Filomena, This certainly should not have happened to you or anyone else anywhere. I hope and expect that the Delegado, Pedro, is taking the right steps in this situation so that this deplorable act is not repeated in any fashion here. Sometimes when there is a change of police from La Huerta, as there was this week, Pedro will get a bad penny, or the Bufford T. Sheriff type. They come to a little town, push their weight around and, at the least, are disrespectful. This character went overboard. We'll see what happens here but I hope he is sent packing. I was glad to see that someone did hail Pedro and that he responded quickly. He has vowed to do so and so far so good. But he needs to be summoned and informed of any criminal activity and especially the misconduct of any official. Thank you for sharing as this keeps us informed about what to watch out for. Cruz
