Wanted Rent House Nov - April

I was wondering if anyone can help. I am looking to rent a mid size house for this coming winter. I want 3 bedrooms with lots of outdoor living space like a balcony patio and or palapa. No pool needed. My budget is 500 - 1000/month. Can be farther away from town as I do have a car. Anybody know of a good deal or can you hook me up with someone who know the region or who helps people rent homes. Any assistance would be appreciated. Lukas Ircha
