Thanks Sparks. I don't completely understand that letter since it is in LEGAL spanish, which I find difficult to understand what they mean. Apparently BC has a completely different paper than other provinces - it is the registration proof, but is on the verification of insurance from ICBC. This article seems to say that all Canadian cars may need some special letter stating that this paper is equal to a title?? ANY B.C. PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO HAVE GONE THROUGH THIS PROCESS PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT PAPERS YOU USED AND WHAT HAPPENED. THANKS!! Linda
