Magic Jack is a fraud company. If you renew your subscription your MJ Unit will die and the company will insist you pay the $11.80 freight to replace the Unit. When you contact MJ via their email chat, they will not help you and will cut off communications if they see they are getting no where in the conversation. I have contacted them 9 times and asked for the step for Arbitration per their Term of Service and got cut off 4 times. Their CS/Accounting department keeps sending me email asking for the $11.80 for freight and I respond with what are the steps for Arbitration and they do not respond. The are companies that are writing the SCE about what they call discrepancies in MJ's Financials and the fact that the New CEO was sued at his last company for fraud. You need to do research on MJ and do not believe the hype they advertise. For additional information I purchased the MJ Plus and renewed it at a cost of $32.29 and now they want $11.80 more. The US Post Office postage for a Unit that weighs very little is $5.95 insured. You need to read many more messages and you will see the same repeated problem with MJ as I have. Their Terms of Service is a joke since they will not tell you how to do the Arbitration steps. Their location is a warehouse sandwiched between a rug shop and a shack. Trust me and many others, you will loose you renewal fee of $32.29 (for the MJ+ Unit) if you renew. Please learn for us who have been screwed in the past.
