I concur with Gil... do not deal with the magicjack people... they are crooks. I purchased one of the original magicjack units and 5 years of service, in an email MagicJack offered to upgrade to one of the new ones that don't require a computer. I recall $35...special offer they said. I took the bait and ordered one only to have my credit card company cancel my card due to suspicious activity on my account.. What the heck?? Seems MJ tried to double bill me, in the middle of the night, for a second and and unwanted unit. Next day MJ sent me an email threatening me with all manner of dark threats to credit rating if I didn't pay up for what I neither wanted nor ordered. Now afraid because of the credit card compromised issue, I didn't pay, nor did give them my new credit card information... I called customer service and all they said was " I owe them money" MJ retaliated by and they crippled my existing and already paid for service making it all but useless.. I got nothing for my money, and basically lost what service I had already paid for Bunch of scammers..and WallyWorld of all people still sell their stuff...
