Thank you for your response. Ofelia did call me yesterday. I don't know why there is a problem with the bank automatically paying this bill. I set it up year before last and they didn't do it, so last year I went to the bank with an interpreter to set it up again. Who knows? Thank goodness for Ofelia! I don't know who you are, but appreciate your assistance. Kathy
