Banamex has been paying our CFE bills bi-monthly since 2009, no problem. That seems to be because our Banamex accout name and our CFE account name are the same. We tried four times to get Banamex to pay our Telmex bills, and even though they still give us printouts at the bank that say that they are paying, they never have. We think (and others like Sparks) have told us that our account name with Telmex and the Banamex account name don't sync, so no service from Banamex.
