I have 2 questions 1. Do we have to return the visitors cards( US plates) stickers at the same border-the 20 mile Nuevo Laredo place where we got them? it's where we turned it in before? 2. Do you have to get a 5 day permit from someone to drive it up there? Where do we get this permission? HELP! and thanks
