Looking Lease/Option

We currently own a home in Boca de Tomatlan, about 12 miles south of Puerto Vallarta. We are the last fishing village before heading inland. Our casa is a small 2 story originally set up as 2 rentals. Both have private entrance's and patios, kitchens and baths. Views of our litle bay and just walk down the stairs to the beach. We currently have it set up as a single dwelling with kitchen and bath's still in place for easy switch back. We are looking for a casa in La Manzanilla since our outing not long ago. We fell in love as we did with Boca 13 years ago. What we would really like is some sort of trade, or a lease option while we list our home here, Our home is free and clear title is available.
