New neighbors. . .

Hola, my wife Kathy and I will hopefully build our home in La Manz this year. Our place will be on the half lot facing Concha Molida, next to the community garden. We will be looking for some help; my preference would be to find a home town builder to construct this project, second in line would be finding a regional builder (barra,cihua), and finally, if necessary, I will act as my own general contractor and build the home myself. From that perspective, could I impose on my new neighbors by asking for recommendations for reputable, honest, skilled tradesmen and builders who live and work in the La Manz geographic area. Additionally, if you know of a regional builder with a stellar reputation, please throw me a line with at least the name of the firm, contact info always helps if you've got it. We have met a few of the close-by neighbors, for others you may check with Pepe or Daniel if you need a reference. I hope you'll find we are cut from the correct cloth for life on the beach, we've been practicing long enough, with your help we'll get it right.
