Couldn't someone with a 5-gallon or 19-liter garrafon go to these stations and fill them to see if the amount is accurate? Or do you think that they can switch the cheat on and off? That seems doubtful to me. If the 19 liters rings in at that amount, then all should be well. If not, they are caught cheating big time. And with the price of gas what it has become, that is even more criminal! (When we moved to Mexico in 2005 gas was $5.45 pesos a liter. Now it is $11.10 pesos a liter.)
