Thank you, D'est, for that sage advice. Although I am currently computerless, Felipe and I have spoken, and he knows what to do. Based on my tale of woe, anyone who speaks English might want to think twice before buying a Win 8 computer from Sam's or Office Depot in Manzanillo. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
